Feedstock, Conversion and Uptake Continuum
The NSERC Industrial Research Chair in Thermochemical Conversion of Biomass and Waste to Bioindustrial Resources has a research program that covers the spectrum of feedstock (green fill), thermochemical conversion processes (pink fill) and applications/market uptake (blue fill) of the products of conversion. All of the partners to the program have vested interest in a least one of these areas, and typically ech partner's interest spans two or three of the segments of this continuum. As such, there is a great deal of synergy and cooperation which simplifies research priority establishment and enables accelerated research outcomes. Please refer to current projects for more details.
