Statement of Rights and Responsibilities
This Statement of Rights asnd Responsibilities governs our relationship with users and others who interact with the Agricultural Biorefinery Innovation Network (ABIN).  By using the ABIN website, you agree to this statement.

Your privacy is important to us.  We have created our Privacy Policy to make important disclosures about how ABIN collects and uses your content and information.  We encourage you to read the Privacy Policy, which can be accessed here.

Sharing Your Content and Information
WIthin the "Network Login" section of ABIN, predefined members of ABIN can authenticate and take part in the collaboration services offered. 

Ownership of Content
Within this section, the user owns all of the content and information posted.  For content that is covered by Intellectual Property Rights such as photos, videos and publications, the user specifically gives ABIN the the right to a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any Intellectual Property that they post on ABIN.  This License ends when the content is deleted.

When the user deletes Intellectual Property content, it is deleted in a manner similar to emptying the recycle bin on a computer. However, the user understands that removed content may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time, but will not be available to others.

Responsibility of Posted Content
The user is solely responsible for the nature of all content posted within the "Network Login" section of the ABIN website.  While ABIN makes a conscious effort to monitor and remove any malicious or inappropriate content, the responsibility rests soley with the user to not post anything inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information that violates any applicable intellectual property, proprietary, privacy or publicity rights.

ABIN reserves the right to remove any user account related to a user participating in any of the aforementioned behaviour.

Reporting of Inappropriate Content
